Is it safe to enter my credit card details via your website?

Yes. All credit card information is secure and encrypted by PayPal. information is transferred securely to an authentic PayPal server, and it can’t be seen by others. For more insight, you may also want to read these links below.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You can make a purchase as a ‘guest’ user, and we won’t create an account for you. However, we have designed our site to give registered customers a simpler checkout process by remembering their details, as well as other features including access to previous order history and address book.

I live overseas, can I place an order for delivery within Australia?

YES. We gladly accept orders from international customers for delivery within Australia.

Can my order be sent direct to me rather than a gift recipient?

Yes

Can I purchase product(s) and have them sent outside of Australia?

Sorry, no. Our freight contract is geared for domestic shipping only.  (However, we gladly accept orders from international customers for delivery within Australia).

Can I place an order over the telephone?

For security reasons, we are not able to accept orders by phone. This is to protect your sensitive information such as credit card details, which should not be provided over the phone. It also avoids mistakes with shipping address entry.

However, if you’re having difficulties placing your order or you are new to online shopping and need a hand with submitting your online order, please reach out to our customer service team, we will be happy to help.

Do you offer wholesale or trade prices?

We do not offer trade pricing or sell our products in  bulk discounted quantities.

Do you offer a lay-buy service?

We have teamed up with PayPal , pay in 4 is for eligible purchases between $30–$2,000 AUD. It’s available to Australian residents with an Australian PayPal account. Eligibility is subject to your PayPal account status and a credit
assessment, which may require a credit check.

Returns + Refunds

What is your ‘change of mind’ return policy?

Our refund policy for change of mind returns lasts 14 days from receipt of your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your goods, unfortunately we will not accept your return. To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase. Please contact Little Gifts if you require assistance in locating your proof of purchase details. You will be responsible for associated costs of returning goods to us and must ensure that they are packed appropriately to avoid damage in transit.

How do I ship my change of mind item(s) back to you?

Change of mind returns that meet our returns criteria should be mailed to:

Please include a copy of your purchase documentation and ensure that the return is adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. A refund or store credit will not be provided for goods that arrive back at Little Gifts broken or damaged. In the event your return is lost in transit, a refund or store credit will not be issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable / receipted return postage service.

Who pays the return postage costs?

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs in relation to the return unless the item is being returned due to a fault or defect (in this instance please contact Little Gifts  for return approval and our Reply-Paid address details).

What happens if my change of mind return is lost in transit?

We do not guarantee that we will receive your return. If your returned parcel is lost in transit a refund or store credit will not be issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable / receipted return postage service.

Can I exchange an item?

We only exchange items (as opposed to refund) if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault or defect, please contact Little Gifts during our business hours to initiate the exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, this is a change of mind return and our standard Change of Mind Return policy applies. (Once you receive your change of mind refund, you are welcome to place a new order via our website for a different product).

How do I return a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return the item in accordance with your statutory rights.

For a faulty item return (and it will need to be returned) please contact us as soon as possible to obtain our postage paid return address. The returned item will be inspected and once it has been confirmed as faulty, we will issue a suitable form of redress (repair, replacement or refund). If the fault presented is deemed to be a non-manufacturing fault (i.e. due to accidental damage by you, incorrect use or misuse) then we are unable to offer you a repair, replacement or a refund. In this instance you will be responsible for postage charges to return the item to you.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your return arrives back at Little Gifts it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria. A refund will then be processed  to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. You will be notified of the refund via an automated refund email. Postage charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel the order that I have just placed?

Due to the high volume of orders and communication’s we receive daily, along with our quick order processing times, you cannot cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. However, once you receive your order you are welcome to return it to Little Gifts for a refund or store credit. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

I have a pre-order in place, can I cancel it?

If you place a pre-order for an item, you may cancel that pre-order at any time prior to the shipment date. If your pre-order has already  been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this instance you may return the goods once you receive them. Refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
